Something Nice About Arianna

I'll have to admit this about Arianna: She doesnt try to shut you down when you post a message on her site that is counter to her twisted agenda. I always endeavor to keep my posts clean and somewhat civil on other peoples sites, but there are times when I know I am pushing peoples buttons. To that end I have been surprised that the HuffPo hasnt banned me from posting. I mean, not that it would stop me, I can come up with a gazillion names and yahoo email addresses to get around that, but I have to respect that she does let people express their opinions. So far anway. Moveon.org and democraticunderground will delete your posts and yank your username if it becomes apparent you are a conservative.

So, thanks for being a good sport, Arianna. Cuz, I have no intention of easing up on you and your kool-aid drinking goons!

Suddenly, Concern For Israel From The HuffPo

Dubai Company Bush Wants To Take Over US Ports Boycotts Israel

Well, thats the HuffPo's headline. Aside from the atrocious grammar, it's also misleading. The real headline, from the Jerusalem Post reads,

Dubai ports firm enforces Israel boycott

The Jerusalem Post didnt feel the need to mention Bush. But, the HuffPo headline had to include "Bush Wants". Its a little red meat for their digital brownshirts. You see, the left has no love in its shriveled-up heart for Israel, we all know that. Most of them are in the Palestinian corner. Normally they wouldnt even give a second glance to a story about Israel, yawn, but if you throw some Bush into the equation, voila!

The HuffPo blew right over anti-semitic comments made by Cindy Sheehan, the shrill America Hater. I know, I know, she has a right to dissent, thats not hate for her country. She didnt really mean it when she said, "America has been killing people on this continent since it was started. This country is not worth dying for."

In an e-mail posted to the Usenet, Sheehan wrote: "…my first born was murdered. Am I angry? Yes, he was killed for lies and for a PNAC Neo-Con agenda to benefit Israel. My son joined the Army to protect America, not Israel."

The HuffPo glossed right over this baby. "I never said that" wrote Sheehan in her HuffPo blog. And that was enough for Arianna. Case closed. You go, girl!

Sheehan now insists her e-mail was "doctored" by a "former friend who is anti-Israel." But, the man who sent Sheehan's letter to ABC, James Morris, says Cindy Sheehan's letter was "in no way doctored."

"The email that Cindy Sheehan sent to me (which included a request to forward it to ABC's 'Nightline' on her behalf) was in no way doctored. I forwarded the original email (as received from Cindy this past March)to Emily Lenzner (who is handling the matter for ABC News) as she confirmed that she received it yesterday." - James Morris

My point? Well, first and foremost, Sheehan is a liar. Secondly, few on the left, and nobody at the HuffPo, gives a rats ass about Israel. Otherwise they would have had the testicular fortitude to speak out the first time Sheehan opened her gaping, hate-filled mouth. The HuffPo isnt fooling anybody with these misleading headlines.

Want more proof? Lets take a look-see at what some of the more tolerant HuffPo readers had to say when Ariel Sharon suffered a major stroke on Jan 4th of this year...
Sharon has served his masters well, for him it's a good day to die.

I think it's Pro-Semetic to support the Palestinian cause against Europe's rejects

I wonder what Sharons's role was in the attack on the USS Liberty? Did he give the OK to strafe the survivors in their lifeboats?

I heard Bill Frist watched a tape of Sharon just today and pronounced him cured!

Let this fat slob terorist pig drop dead. ASSHOLE

It's interesting that (according to Daniel prophecy) the Antichrist is supposed to be the 11th among a group of like-minded kings--and that Sharon is the 11th leader of modern Israel.

Not a moment too soon - Theres a special place in Hell, for Genocidel Maniacs.

AT last...This man is/was the incarnation of evil.

American boys and girls are dead because of his manipulation of our election -

Good riddance. Notice how the eulogies began the moment he went into a coma.

Nothing but love from The Left.
Remember, they think their views are mainstream.

The New Journalistic Standard of The Left

Steve Colbert is a funny guy, theres no doubt about it. I enjoy his show but I hardly consider it a news source. He is a 'fake' news anchor on the comedy channel and his job is to entertain. Now, as is the case with most comedians he leans to the left and theres nothing wrong with that. In fact, he seems to go after both sides with equal zeal.

But please, Arianna. Dont try to insinuate that he is some credible newsman that the President is losing any sleep over.

Arianna refers to Colbert as 'the godfather of truthiness' and then asks,
Jesus may be the president's favorite philosopher, but when it comes to spinning the facts, Bush seems to be asking himself WWCS? (What Would Colbert Say?). The truthiness will set you free.
Right now, Stephen Colbert is smiling. The rest of us should be outraged.

Colbert seems to be everywhere right now, with stories on him in the New York Times and Roll Call. And on Wednesday night, I'll be on the Colbert Report discussing truthiness among other things.

Ahhhh. Now I get it. This is just a little suckup time before she appears as a guest on the Colbert Report. Its just a plug!! I wonder if Colbert will tease Arianna about her Eva Gabor accent?

The rest of her posting today was the usual recycled fodder: Haliburton is making money, The Bush 'Taliban' lied about Iraq. You know, just the usual truthiness and more of the same old crap.

Too Much Distortion, Turn It Down, Arianna!!

What would the day be like if Arianna didnt twist the headline of a story into something to suit her agenda?
Today the headline on the Huffington Post reads:
Scalia's Got Cheney's Back - "I Used To Travel On The Subway From Queens To Manhattan With A Rifle"

But clink on the link and you are taken to a Tennessean.com story titled "Scalia Champions Hunting and Conservation".

Dick Cheney isnt mentioned anywhere in the article. Not ANYWHERE. So, how exactly does Scalia have "Cheney's back"? He doesnt. Unless he is speaking about the right to keep and bear arms. Scalia says,

"I grew up at a time when people were not afraid of people with firearms …" Scalia said. He told the group that, as a child growing up in New York City, he was part of a rifle team at the military school he attended.

"I used to travel on the subway from Queens to Manhattan with a rifle," he said. "Could you imagine doing that today in New York City?

"I hope (hunting culture) can be preserved … the hunting culture, of course, begins with a culture that does not have a hostile attitude toward firearms."

That headline about Scalia traveling on the subway with a rifle? That was intended to stir your leftist emotions, specifically the one that says guns are bad.

Here's how the Tolerant and Diverse group of Huffington devotees went on to describe the Supreme Court Justice:

More evidence that Scalia is just a cheap two-bit thug in a robe.

Wild Turkey? Is that what they hunt or what Cheney was drinking?

If Cheney had a more powerful weapon, his friend that he shot in error, would be dead.

Scalia should resign from being a justice if he wants to become a politican. He is showing old age and the inability remain open minded and listen to the arguments on both sides.

He should also have been impeached for stealing the 2000 elections by not allowing the counting of our votes.

Bush has already taken away many of our rights, and he is working on the rest of them.

Hunters love nature the same way pedophiles love children.

You do NOT have the unfettered right to own a gun unless you are part of a well-regulated militia -- drilling, training, REGULATED.

If rifles where the only fireams allowed then , yes, criminals would use rifles, but at least you would see them coming.

It was just a matter of time before Scalia backed up Cheney. After all he's been doing it for years. They are hunting buddies after all.

Scalia appears like the ultimate Mafia enforcer, but instead he's Supreme Court.

Scalia-he has to pop out of the bag of assholes every once in awhile.

What a liar, and a pussy. If he felt he had to do this, his real-name is Bernard Goetz. Pussy.

Those black people really scare republicans don't they?

That a rabid crackpot like Scalia "champions" this so called "sport" should be tell tell -a psycho-pussy with a weapon getting his kicks by decimating innocent life for no reason whatsoever....

Its obvious that most of these idiots didnt even read the article, they only read the HP subheading, and then like lemmings they started their faithful march to the sea.

Remember, they think their views are mainstream.

Why Arianna Worships At The Altar of Murtha

Normally the Left has no fondness in its heart for a warrior. In their eyes, soldiers are trained killers for an imperialist war machine. That is, unless they are a democrat.

The dems are weak on defense. They abhor the military. Remember that Hillary didnt even want Marines to wear their uniforms in the White House during her and Bill's joint presidency.

But for the dems, its instant credibility for them to have a vet on board. In their eyes, questioning the credentials of a vet is tantamount to using strobe lights as 'torture devices' on detained terrorists. They are the most sacred of cows because if anybody dares to criticize them, they are instantly met with a chorus of 'how dare you besmirch a war hero'.
They circled the wagons for Kerry, who refused to offer up his wartime medical records to answer questions about his dubious Purple Hearts.

Ol' Jack has done the same thing. Jack is a war veteran who deserves the gratitude of an entire nation. He has been awarded the Bronze Star with Combat "V" for valor in combat, two Purple Hearts and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry. He retired from the Reserves as a colonel in 1990, receiving the Navy Distinguished Service Medal.

But.....Since 1967, there have been at least three different accounts of the injuries that purportedly earned Murtha his Purple Hearts. Those accounts also appear to conflict with the limited military records that are available, and Murtha has thus far refused to release his own military records.
One of Murtha's former Democratic congressional colleagues and a fellow decorated Vietnam veteran, Don Bailey of Pennsylvania, alleges that Murtha admitted during an emotional conversation on the floor of the U.S. House in the early 1980s that he did not deserve his Purple Hearts.

".. you admitted, back in our corner, that you didn't earn your purple hearts (sic) (you indicated you had small scratch on your cheek that wasn't even directly related to an APC [Armored Personnel Carrier] that ran over a small antipersonnel mine that was behind you). The other purple heart [sic] you even declined to explain," wrote Bailey in an open letter dated May 5, 2002.
"[Murtha] is putting himself forward as some combat veteran with serious wounds and he's using that and it's dishonest and it's wrong," said Bailey.

Abscam and Murtha
According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, "Murtha was one of eight members of Congress lured to a Washington, D.C., townhouse by a team of FBI agents posing as representatives of a fictitious Arab sheik. They handed out briefcases filled with $50,000 in return for helping the sheik gain residency in the United States. The congressman "did not take the cash" offered by the agents. Instead, "he asked the fake sheik to consider investing some money in his struggling home town, Johnstown."

A July 30, 1981, article in the Washington Post quoted a committee source as saying that several allegations of misconduct against Murtha were rejected on a "near party-line vote." Since the panel was made up of six Democrats and six Republicans, seven votes were needed to file any charges.

Murtha and Lobbyists
The Fiscal Year 2005 defense appropriations bill also created problems for Murtha. He helped write the bill, and it reportedly contained millions of dollars in federal funding for at least 10 companies represented by KSA Consulting -- a lobbying firm that includes the congressman's brother, Robert "Kit" Murtha, as a senior partner.

Murtha has denied any wrongdoing, and an Ethics Committee investigation into the KSA Consulting matter may be conducted later this year.

Instantaneous hero

Anyone who calls for the withdrawal of U.S. military forces in Iraq "like Murtha and (peace activist) Cindy Sheehan becomes an instantaneous hero," Cliff Kincaid, editor of the conservative Accuracy in Media (AIM) Report, told Cybercast News Service, while "the media regard supporters of the war as fools and dupes."

To many in the media, Kincaid noted, the failure to find stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq "was absolutely convincing evidence this war was dishonestly sold.

"They're not going to let that happen again. In order to get back at the administration, they're going to try to undermine the policy with constant gloom and doom and negative news," Kincaid said.

Everybody Loves Buckley

Bill Buckley says something negative about the Bush administration and suddenly he has credibility with the Huffington Post. It should be noted that prior to this, the HP and its soft-underbellied minions thought William F. Buckley jr was evil incarnate and that his opinions didnt matter. Since then, something wonderful has happened; in the blink of an eye the despised Mr. Buckley has had his status upgraded to credible. And all he had to do was agree with the left that America is losing the war against terror and that America cant win.

This is what they were saying at the Huffington Post about William F. Buckley as recent as Nov, 2005:

From a column by Jane Hamsher on 11/3/05, titled "Immanentize This":
"Buckley got the Medal of Freedom from Bush Sr. There were many long-time GOP honchos who got pushed off the stage when the NeoCons made their unholy alliance with the College Republicans for control of the hearts and...okay, well the hearts of Christo-crazed America. That they might be ready for some payback too should surprise no one.
Before anybody gets all misty-eyed over ol' Bill as a "true conservative" as opposed to the current cabal of kleptocratic usurpers within the Republican party, remember that he rose to prominence defending Joe McCarthy and segregation. Bill is something less than a Great Man. He is the author of God and Man at Yale, and it was never quite clear which one Bill thought he was."

Then the Huffington Post readers added their 2 cents of tolerance and diversity:

Nice backhand to Mr. Buckley. He never has had a conversation as much as he gives pretentious lectures to shocked people wondering: Why am I sitting here listening to this preposterous ass?

The Pedagogical Mr. Buckley will never die, he just lives to drone on and on and on. But at least his facial twitches are amusing as he dithers on.

William F. Buckley?
Aint he that dude who like to use big words to intimidate persons?

Willian F. ... a true media whore Diva's media whore Diva.

William F Buckley, a true candy ass with yellow teeth, a rumpled look an odd posture, weirder yet are his affiliations (secret society bits, involving some twisted version of Catholic Christianity) a damn fool with a large vocabulary.

Buckley is an attention-grabbing buffoon who stands out like a sore thumb everywhere he goes.

Mr. Buckley needs to contribute something meaningful, or quit writing; otherwise it is simply mental masturabation on his part.

What evil Lurks in the hearts of men (Buckley too)? The Shadow knows...............

These drooling geezers seem to be able to bullshit themselves into believing just about anything.

But thats all in the past. Now they are ready to quote him on Page One.

Photoshop Still #1 With The Left

President Bush admitted to personally authorizing thousands of allegedly illegal wiretaps, and he doesn't plan to stop. In response to this historic abuse of power, which threatens the very core of our Constitution, we've mounted a petition to "Restore the Rule of Law."
From Moveon.org

Photoshop still tops the list as the most important technological tool of the democrats. Nothing like a little image manipulation to get the needed affect. Stalin was pretty good at airbrushing people in and out of history. It was his party's technological tool of the time.

But getting back to the claim made by moveon.org, it appears this is another strikeout for the Bush-haters. He's not breaking any laws. Additionally, poll after poll shows support for the president on this issue. It is an outright lie for moveon to refer to this as an 'historic abuse of power', given the fact that every single president in the modern age has done the same thing, including Kennedy, Carter, and Slick Willie.

Note that the text over the image states as fact, "George Bush is breaking the law". Yet the wording beneath the manipulated image states "allegedly illegal wiretaps". They know he hasnt broken any laws. But, the left isnt about to let facts get in the way of their message, whatever that is. They know that their frothing-at-the-mouth, Bush-hating goons will continue to support them financially as long as they remain rabid.

We havent had another attack on our country since 9-11, but if we had, and the left found out that we had the opportunity to monitor enemy phone calls to the U.S. and didnt, they would be howling impeachment at the top of their lungs. The hypocrats.

Christian Haters at The Huffington Post

Regarding the Christian movement in South Carolina, a story I've mentioned over the last couple of days, ("Movement Grows To Make South Carolina A Christian Conservative Homeland..") here is how Arianna's devotees responded over at the Huffington Post.
Clearly, the democrats are NOT the party of tolerance and diversity. They are both anti-semite and anti-Christian. The left HATES God and is terrified of non-muslim religions. Read on for a sampling of how the 'mainstream' democrats are responding:

That would be fucking awesome. Get all these fucking wackos in one state and keep 'em there. Or better yet send them to some fundamentalist country like Saudi Arabia.

It will be their chance to live like ass-clowns 24/7 and make a living cheating the shit out of each other at church.

Charge $5 a head to allow tourists the opportunity to peek over wall and observe the freaks kill each other off as they try to convert the others to the inevitable "True Christian Conservative" splinter cults.

Great idea, then we can run a net around the border, and catch all the crazies at once, put them on ice, and ship them to Israel.

Of course the next generation of these perfect little hypocrites will be boiling down meth for the red state hillbilly masses.

I highly recommend that all deep-water, serpent-handling, fundamentalist Christian, Republican, Neocon, bigoted, Aryan Nation, Skin Head, KKK, Race-baiting, Ignoramus, Bible-Beating, Hypocitical, In-Borne, Cross-Bred, Neandrathal, NASCAR hootin', Wife-beatin', bird-huntin', Dog-fuckin', Oily-skinned, Flea-scratchin', ballcap-/backwards wearin', Rebel Flag-Wavin', Moonshine-swillen', toothless bone suckers would all move to South Carolina.

Fuck 'em. Let every last one of these soul-less, narrow-minded, hypocritical bigots move to South Carolina.

No thinking, no drinking, no dancing, no race-mingling, no jazz, no rap, no rock, no punk, no sucking, no fancy-fucking, no buttfucking, no out-of-marriage fucking except within the family (because that's OK in the buybull)

This really is a great idea... all the Cult Zombies in their own country - JesusLand -

THE TIME IS COMING, AND IS EVEN NOW HERE WHEN FUNDAMENTALISTS, CHRISTIAN, JEWISH, MUSLIM, MORMAN, HINDU WILL NO LONGER BE TOLERATED OR ACCEPTED, BY THE SECULAR WORLD AT LARGE.

It is funny that the most Liberal State in the Union at the time of the founding of this country would become mecca to the fanatical neo christian movement.

Gee, Are they gonna have slaves and lynchings and book burnings as well?

The sooner the Christofascists get the hell out of the Northeast the sooner we can secede from the US, dump it's worthless dollar and found a civilized secular country (you know, like Canada) with real schools, human rights, and a parliment.

Corral them all in one place like the Taliban in Afganistan and then poof.

I just don't think having Krazy Ass White Kristians living together in their own state is a good idea.

Civil War Breaking Out In LA?

Arianna is on top of the world today. Her hero and mentor, Jack Murtha, has been predicting civil war since day one and now she believes the moment has arrived. Arianna writes today in a post titled, "Civil War in Iraq - Murtha Told Us So":

"But try as the president might, there is no way of avoiding it: bombed out Shiite holy sites, over a hundred Sunnis killed in revenge, including prominent Sunni clerics, armed Shiite militias in the streets, prisoners dragged from jail cells and murdered, more than 90 Sunni mosques attacked. Civil war it is."

If this constitutes civil war, then Arianna must be terrified to live in L.A., which is apparently in the midst of its own civil war. Last year more than 433 residents of Los Angeles were killed in revenge, gunned down in the streets, pulled from their homes and murdered. Have you ever read an Arianna column on this matter? Why doesnt she care? I mean, this is a Blue State for Gods sake! They are supposedly more enlightened, peace-minded, and compassionate than the rest of us.

In fact, since the Iraq War started, (or the 'occupation' as Arianna likes to call it), 2767 people have been murdered in LA, more than the number of soldiers we have lost in the War on Terrorism. Thats an alarming number of murders. Yet, not a peep from Arianna on the Civil War in her own backyard. More people were stampeded to death in Iraq last year than were killed in this latest round of craziness.

Arianna writes,
Many Democrats who are in favor of withdrawing our troops from Iraq but afraid of getting out in front on the issue had convinced themselves that after small gains were made in the formation of a new Iraqi government, Bush, with an eye on '06, would declare victory and bring the troops home.

Translation: "Elections are coming up and we want to get re-elected. If we oppose the war, we will likely lose our jobs. Even though we claim a majority of the Americans support our views on the war, none of us has the nut-sack to find out for sure. So we would rather say nothing until we are re-elected. We are moral cowards."

Then Arianna throws in a lie:
"After meeting with his Cabinet today, Bush was asked about "the danger of civil war in Iraq" but refused to even address the notion, insisting "the Iraqi people want to live in a democracy."

In fact, the president did address the question. He responded, "understand that this bombing is intended to create civil strife, that the act was an evil act. The destruction of a holy site is a political act intending to create strife. And so I'm pleased with the voices of reason that have spoken out. And we will continue to work with those voices of reason to enable Iraq to continue on the path of a democracy that unites people and doesn't divide them."

That was Bush refusing to even address the notion.

Already, these attacks are tapering off. It doesnt appear to be the civil war that Arianna and her friends had hoped for.

Katrina, The Weaker Storm

Storm Does Little Damage, Twists Some Facts....

"Not surprisingly, the Bush administration has significant business ties to DP World. According to the New York Daily News, David Sanborn, who runs DP World's European and Latin American operations, was named by Bush to direct the U.S. Maritime Administration just last month."

Well, lets take a look at this Sanborn fellow. He must be some unqualified lackey lining the Bush Family's pockets somehow, right? His bio reads:

Mr Sanborn, a graduate of The United States Merchant Maritime Academy, joined DP World in 2005. He previously held senior roles with shipping lines CMA-CGM (Americas), APL Ltd and Sea-Land and has been based, besides the US, in Brazil, Europe, Hong Kong and Dubai during his career. He has also served in the US Naval Reserve.

How dare George Bush nominate somebody for this position who is not only a graduate of the Maritime Academy, but also a US Naval Reserve veteran? And all those years of working as an executive for the largest shipping operations in the world, how does that help the U. S. Maritime Administration? I mean, all they do is regulate U.S. ocean commerce, supervise freight and terminal facilities, and administer Government funds to construct and operate commercial ships.

Katrina, you really strike out on this one. There is no evil subplot here, just a very qualified individual being tapped for an important role involving commerce and defense. I know the words commerce and defense make you wince, hon., but I fail to see how this constitutes 'significant business ties to DP World'.

Her second example of close financial ties to the Bush Administration is John Snow:
"...And Treasury Secretary John Snow, who headed the federal review of the deal, was Chairman of CSX which sold its international port operations to DP Word for $1.15 billion just one year before Mr. Snow joined the Bush cabinet."

Note that she says 'just one year before Mr. Snow joined the Bush cabinet'. If she was honest, she would have said, 'one year after Mr. Snow left CSX', but she wants to give you the impression that Mr. Snow's being appointed to the Bush cabinet was somehow related to the sale of CSX to DP World.

A little Dishonesty and the Twisting of Facts to suit a socialist agenda... Thats the only damage from this Katrina storm. You may return to your homes....

Scary Christians

"Movement Grows To Make South Carolina A Christian Conservative Homeland.."
Another frightening headline from the Huffington Post in an attempt to portray Christians as some extremist religious faction hellbent on bringing a fatwah to your home state.

The HP specializes in printing misleading story subtitles. In this USA Today story, Cory Burnell, a 30-year-old financial adviser and founder of Christian Exodusplan is trying to recruit conservative Christians to move to South Carolina, an already conservative state. His reasoning is that the more Chrisitians that live there, the more their laws will reflect their own mores.

HP has seized upon this and tried to portray this is as some fundamentalist movement that threatens our freedom. Hence the image of the South Carolina flag (it has a crescent moon and this should make you think 'taliban'. ) Ask yourself this: would they have displayed the flag imagery if this had been any other state? No. The crescent moon is the money shot. The left loves to manipulate imagery and words because it is much easier than having to formulate ideas.

The Big Lie is the wording of their subtitle for the story, "Movement Grows....."

But exactly how much has this threatening group influenced the ways of South Carolinians?

"Burnell is yet to move to South Carolina himself, he says, because he is busy recruiting. But he says he is working out the logistics for his family to relocate. Considering the size of the exodus so far - only about 20 people have moved to the Palmetto State, most of them in the past year - Burnell's optimism might seem quixotic."

So, rest easy SC. A mob of religious fanatics is not descending upon your state to institute sharia law. I guess 20 people is all it takes to have a 'movement' these days...

Garafolo - Mainstream Views

My Favorite quote from Ms. Garafolo, while appearing on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
"We have a president in the White House who actually believes that a God created the world...."

Arianna's Latest Drivel

"Dubious About Dubai: Cutting to the Heart of Bush's National Security Hypocrisy"

Thats the title of Arianna's latest column. Anytime Arianna uses the word 'hypocrisy' to describe somebody else, my curiousity gets the best of me and I have to read more. I happen to agree that the Dubai Port deal is flawed. As I have stated in a previous post, I think its no bueno. So do most people regardless of political affiliation. We Republicans will criticize our leaders when something smells fishy. We dont circle the wagons and pontificate on how glorious the emperors clothes are. But lets remember that during Hill's "joint presidency" with the philandering crooked stick Willie, they sold the UAE (60) F-16's. So what's the deal? If they're a terrorist nation, why the hell would we sell them (60) F-16's? It's okay for them to service our warships in Dubai, it's okay for us to ship our military hardware through Dubai?

So, I'm going to have to disagree with a few of the more ridiculous comments in this latest post of hers. Her comments reflect the Democrat Dogma that if you repeat a lie often enough, (or as Arianna says, "start pummeling"), fellow kool-aid drinkers will lap it up. They want to believe it. Their hatred of the president demands it.

Arianna writes:
1. "Bush's reputation as the Great Protector who will do anything -- anything! -- to keep us safe, even if it means torturing, spying, and trashing the Constitution and the Geneva Conventions, is his one remaining political asset."

We dont torture, Arianna. You should talk to some true American heroes who have spent time in Japanese, Vietnamese, and German POW camps. Some of them are still alive. They would be happy to define torture for you. We spy on the Enemy, Arianna. They are the bad guys who are trying to kill us. We think it would be beneficial for us to kill them first. When they use their weekend Verizon Wireless minutes to call buddies of theirs in the U.S., we listen in. Thank God.

As for trashing the Constitution, I'd say the left, their college professors ,and their friends at the ACLU already have patents pending on that. The Geneva Convention refers to prisoners of war, prisoners who are captured while fighting in uniform for a declared state. Pedophile murderous thugs in dirty night shirts dont qualify.

2.
"That says all you need to know about the perverted priorities of the Bush White House. Four and a half years after 9/11, our ports remain shockingly vulnerable to terrorist attacks, with about five percent of cargo given security screenings. Our chemical and nuclear plants are similarly susceptible."

Have their been any attacks in America since 9-11, Arianna? We know that a few have been thwarted. Are your mansions still standing, your stock investments doing alright? Any attacks on chemical or nuclear plants? Whats that, I didnt hear you....
Were you still able to have your luncheon this week with the finger sandwiches, caviar, and chardonnay?
Yes, we are still susceptible to attack from the enemy. That is why We must be vigilant. Thank God we are listening to their phone calls....

More Good News For The Left

AP: Iraq On Brink Of Civil War....
This is the front page of the Huffington Post right now as a I write this. Its an AP story about the insurgents posing as police and destroying a 1200 yr old golden dome of one of Iraq's holiest Shiite shrines. Needless to say, the shiite is hitting the fan over there right now. Lots of killing, yelling, throwing of stones, stampeding....

But, I just want to say this before it happens: This is a set-up piece and the Huffington Post blogs will soon follow, reveling in glee over this unfortunate incident. As I type this, The Bush-Hating Latte-Sippers are hard at work, editing their "We Cant Win" columns for their ever faithful minions.

We'll update this development over the next few days....you know its coming....do you doubt me? I'm guessing Bush had Special Ops Death Squads (the same ones who blew up the levees in N.O.) blow up these mosques in order to divert attention from the Cheney-Attempted Murder-Scandal.

Huffington Post Readers.....The Hilarity and Hatred Ensues....

Here are some comments from Arianna's supporters regarding her whining about her treatment on Hannity & Colmes. I thought the left was all about peace, love, and harmony? Read on and decide for yourself what a tolerant bunch they are....

Anne Coulter, whose Adam's apple you could hang your coat off, being a man. But it's a moot point really. Either way, she is a female impersonator.

I saw the show last night. It was so horrific, I had to go throw up afterwards. I thought Arianna held up well, but I would not have blamed her if she walked out.

I'd like to see all liberals and Democrats boycott Fox. You just end up looking like shark chum.

The loud mouth Fox talking heads are nothing but cartoons of Rove's reality of hate and
smoke and mirrors. Keep the public amused the with hate mongers, and meanwhile, fleece the country of everything from civil rights to national budgets.

I find that when I'm channel surfing, Fox News is like that carton of milk way past its expiration date, taunting you from the back of the refrigerator. You KNOW it's gonna smell, but still you open it up and take a whiff.

People like Hannity and Coulter are sick sick puppies. Taking their marching orders from Roger Ailes and making big money running our nation into the ditch.

The evil that those two people, Ann & Sean exude from their very pores, will someday implode on them and they will come down with horrible cancers.

They were like demons waiting of the likes of Jeffrey Dahlmer inviting someone into see his house.

Come on, admit it. You know Coulter is really a man.

Sean needs to get his tough guy ass to Iraq and report all the good things happening there. Too bad he's a coward.

I will never, ever, watch ANYTHING FOX unless I'm forced to.

Arianna Cant Take The Heat On Hannity & Colmes

As I mentioned last night, Sean ripped into Arianna like a monkey into a cupcake on Hannity and Colmes Monday night. She was quick to respond on her blog, and sure enough, just as I mentioned in a previous post, she turned to her old friend, Senor Photoshop, to get back at Sean (see below). Hannity also had Ann Coulter as a guest.

At one point Ann said that "democrats have affection for these terrorists.
"The New York Times op-ed page on Friday has Robert Wright comparing these savages rioting over the cartoons to blacks rioting in response to segregation and having to sit on the back of the bus. They are saying that this is justified... This is affection for the people rioting and carrying on."

Well, Arianna thought long and hard about this and decided this was pretty outlandish for Ann to say. Arianna, hon, this is Ann's schtick. She makes her living verbally skewering liberals. Just as your friends Al Franken, Garafolo, and Michael Moore do on a daily basis to the conservatives. The only difference is that she backs her statements up with facts. She doesnt just say, "dems have affection for terrorists", she backs it up.
Arianna apparently thought that Sean should have cut Ann's mike off or shouted her down, tactics that have worked well on college campuses for the liberals.

Ariannas blog posting today was titled:
Is Sean Hannity Addicted To Coulter Crack?
She cites in her blog previous remarks or columns by Coulter that she deems outrageous:
"Liberals hate America."
"Democrats actually hate working-class people"
"Even Islamic terrorists don't hate America like liberals do."
"Liberals can't just come out and say they want to take more of our money, kill babies, and discriminate on the basis of race."
Bill Clinton "was a very good rapist."
Islam is "a car-burning cult."
"I think the government should be spying on all Arabs, engaging in torture as a televised spectator sport, dropping daisy cutters wantonly throughout the Middle East and sending liberals to Guantanamo."

Arianna doesnt quite get that Ann Coulter has a sense of humor and that she need not take every single thing Ann says as serious. A lot of it is tongue in cheek. What Ann doesnt say is that Iraq would be better off with Saddam, that we are a bunch of torturers, that we are fighting an unjust war, that our president is a liar, thief, and war criminal. No, she doesnt say anything near that outrageous, Arianna. Those are YOUR friends.

Arianna writes in her blog about her Hannity appearance:
"But none of this mattered to Hannity, who let Coulter spew her venom unchallenged. Indeed, it seemed as if he couldn't get enough of the stuff. As if he were addicted to her toxic tirades.

That's when it hit me: Coulter is the right wing punditry's equivalent of crack or crystal meth. She's highly addictive -- giving users the delirious, giddy high of outrageousness. But then the buzz wears off and they come crashing down, their spirits shriveled, their souls poisoned. Her brand of way, way over-the-top rhetoric, trading on hatred, demonizing, and caricature is doing to the American body politic what a three-month meth bender does to crank junkies.

You've probably seen those horrifying "Faces of Meth" photos of people Before they start doing meth and After.
Sean Hannity needs to watch out. Or he could easily be the first subject in the "Faces of Coulter" series. "

Personally, I think these Photoshop hit-jobs speak volumes about liberals like Arianna. When they take a beating, they just a fake some pics or documents to make their point. And when Ann Coulter is on the scene, a severe beating is usually what they will get....

Evil Christians

"Major Petition Questioning Evolution Is Bogus....Evangelicals Are Most Of Signers..."

link to article at Huffington Post
So reads the subtitle of a column by Kenneth Chang on the Huffington Report. It should be noted that in the eyes of the left, there are no Christians. There are only Evangelical Christians and Fundamentalist Christians and they are bad people. They are confused people who actually believe in God. How crazy is that?

Kenneth Chang cannot fathom the possibility that a Christian scientist might be able to perform their job without interjecting their faith. Note how the subtitle states that 'evangelicals are most of signers' and therefor it is a 'bogus' report.

Yet, when you explore the article you immediately notice that a few key facts have been omitted. There were 514 scientists who signed this petition which states that Evolutionary Science does not have all the answers. That would mean 258 of these scientists would have to be Evangelical Christians for Changs claim to hold true. What evidence does he back this up with? How did he arrive at his conclusion that 'most' of the signers were Christians?

Here's what he says:
"random interviews with 20 people who signed the petition and a review of the public statements of more than a dozen others suggest that many are evangelical Christians."

Okay, lets assume that for the sake of this argument ALL 20 of those who were interviewed were fanatical fundamentalist evangelical Christians....and then lets throw in the other dozen he mentions. Thats 32. A far cry from a majority.

The left is so dishonest it doesnt even bother trying to hide it anymore. They twist the facts to suit their own agenda. They so despise God, Christians, Conservatives, and Decent People that the only way they can reach their base is by lying and spreading hate.

Shame on you, Arianna!

Time to Whip Up Some Hysteria

"Is The GOP "Shock-The-Vote Gang" Planning To Heist California?" asks the title of a column by R J Eskow, Huffington Post 2/21

The DNC is revising some of its core strategies. Instead of introducing conspiracy theories after the fact, now they are being used as a preemtive tool to whip up some hysteria. The key strategy this year appears to entail claiming that the voting machines are already rigged for the GOP to 'steal another election'. Of course, they arent going to have a problem with the voting machines in districts where they win, only those in which they lose. Here's how R J Eskow writing for the Huffington Post sees things:

"The usual suspects are slipping into the Golden State. Political season is looming, there's a February chill in the Pacific breeze, and the GOP political 'family' is hard at work. California's appointed (as opposed to elected) Republican Secretary of State has recertified Diebold's voting machines, despite a damning report. Schwarzenegger is hiring a "steely" Karl Rove insider turned Dick Cheney capo, along with other national GOP campaign pols, to run his re-election campaign.

The "shock-the-vote" gang is ready to roll into the Golden State with their patented blend of dishonest spin, old-fashioned dirty tricks - and easy-to-rig voting machines that are being manufactured by Republicans and purchased by other Republicans."

And there you have it, more responsible conspiracy theories to dampen this years forthcoming losses at the ballot box. Isnt it scary? I mean, he practically paints a picture for you. Republicans are like the mafia. Cheney is a 'capo'. The GOP is 'the family'. And that part about a 'Karl Rove insider'....well it sounds like they have sent their best hit men in for this job.

Its extremely hilarious and clarifying when RJ complains that the CA Secretary of State is not an elected official but rather an 'appointed' one. No wonder he was so confused when he couldnt find Condi's name on the ballot during the last presidential election. "Excuse me, but I cant seem to find the candidates for Secretary of State on this ballot thingy....."

Over at the DNC.....

Arianna on Hannity and Colmes

Hannity stumped Arianna pretty good tonight and exposed more of her liberal hypocrisy. He asked her if she supported comments made by Alec Baldwin in a column he wrote specifically for her web site. "Do you think Cheney is a terrorist, Arianna?"
In her best Eva Gabor accent, she responded, "No, I dont think he is a terrorist but he has created more terror in the world than he has eliminated."

Whaaaat?? Isnt that the definition of a terrorist? In that column, Baldwin stated "Cheney is a terrorist. He terrorizes our enemies abroad and innocent citizens here at home indiscriminately. Who ever thought Harry Whittington would be the answer to America's prayers. Finally, someone who might get that lying, thieving Cheney into a courtroom to answer some direct questions."
Translation: If Whittington dies, JACKPOT!

Blogging With Arianna - Tolerance and Diversity

"Russert Watch: The Mary Matalin Horror Show" reads headline from Arianna's blog

link to ariannas post
Sometimes I get the impression that Arianna Huffington isnt a very nice person. That impression is usually reinforced on a daily basis as I read her blog. Today she loaded up her six-guns, saddled up her high horse, and moseyed into town to take a potshot at Mary Matalin. What was Mary's crime? Well, for starters, she's a (gasp!!!) REPUBLICAN! But worse than that, according to Arianna, Mary has committed fashion crimes. My God, the terrorists have already won!

Arianna:
"Let's start with the unavoidable: what was she wearing? First, the brooch. Or was it a sculpture? Or was it perhaps some bizarre new NSA listening device? ....And then there was the black Asian pajama top to match the black eye makeup and the scarlet red nails to match the scarlet red lips."

After attacking Mary's fashion sense, Arianna went for the jugular:
"The impact of her appearance was to make the whole story seem even less under control than having a beer and shooting your friend in the face."

Arianna should concentrate less on wardrobe malfunctions and more on the truth. She and her liberal friends love to play games with words. For instance, nobody was 'shot in the face'. Mr. Whittington was peppered with small birdshot, the majority of it in his shoulder and neck region. Very few pellets hit his face. Had he been 'shot in the face' he wouldnt have been standing there at a press conference informing the world as to what a bunch of dumbfucks the liberal media are. But dont let that stop the left from exaggerating the facts.

Then there is the matter of this picture on her site comparing Matalin to
Maleficent of Sleeping Beauty. This is another common tactic of the mean-spirited left. You dont see this crap on conservative sites. You dont see this degree of immaturity anywhere except from the left.

These were the same childish tactics they used against Katherine Harris, comparing her to Cruella and comparing the president to Curious George. These are the antics of attention starved high school students, not mainstream media professionals.

But then again, Arianna is the biggest Attention Seeking Whore of them all.

Oh, and I'm sorry Harry Whittington didnt die for you. I know you all had your fingers crossed and were hoping for the best, but Dick Cheney escapes again. Better luck next time....

Acting!

From Alec Baldwins guest column on The Huffington Post, 2/17/06:
So, I suppose the question is...what kind of civil trial will we see, or not see, between Cheney and Whittington? Whittington is certainly no stranger to a court room and to civil litigation. Will Cheney pay him off, preemptively? Will they go to court? I would imagine if a guy with a few beers in him shoots you in the face on a hunting trip, how could you turn down that opportunity? Cheney is a terrorist. He terrorizes our enemies abroad and innocent citizens here at home indiscriminately. Who ever thought Harry Whittington would be the answer to America's prayers. Finally, someone who might get that lying, thieving Cheney into a courtroom to answer some direct questions."

No, Alec. You see, unlike the metrosexuals in Hollywood, men in Texas are men. They dont sue their buddies over accidents and they dont see them as 'opportunities' to cash in. They are not the self-obsessed whores that you and your ilk are. Its also a bit slanderous to say he had a 'few beers in him' when no such evidence exists. Never let the truth get in the way of what you are trying to say though, right Alec? Let nothing stand between you and your blind hatred of the President of the United States.

I would have respected you more if you had had the guts to leave the country like you said you would if Bush was re-elected. You are a first class Hollywood phony and you fit right in with Arianna and her rich, jet-setting elitist friends.

On a side note, I worked at a pretty exclusive country club in Austin, Texas during the mid 80's and Harry Whittington was the board president. I had spoken with him dozens of times ("more coffee, Mr. Whittington?") and he was one of the nicer members of the club. He always treated everybody with respect and called you by your name.

Moveon.org - The Big Lie

Here's a dose of what you get from the front page of Hate-Bush sites like moveon.org. Richard Nixon tapped innocent Americans. He was crazy enough that he actually had an 'Enemies List" like some sort of 5th grader.

But to compare that to the war on terror is dishonest, and nobody does dishonesty better than Moveon.

No 'innocent' Americans are being wiretapped. Moveon knows this, and so does the left. Yet they will pump this lie over and over because they are harlots of deception.

Is your buddy, Abu, calling you from Mogadishu to tell you the latest and greatest Jihad? You know Abu..... That crazy fucko friend of yours who converted to Islam, changed his name, started banging his head on the floor three times a day and chanting 'Death to the USA'.

Well, if he's calling you or your calling him, I sure the fuck am glad somebody is listening. The left should stop crying and wake up to the fact that is vital to our NATIONAL SECURITY during a TIME OF WAR. Maybe if we intercept these calls from known associates of terrorists, you wont all wring your hands after the next 9-11 and cry, "Why didnt anybody see this coming? Why didnt somebody do something?"

The fact of the matter is, Clinton and Carter did the exact same thing to protect the American public. It didnt bother anybody then. Now its got the left in an uproar. But its just another 'pretend' uproar, brought to you by your dishonest friends on the left.
