Is General Casey all about cutting and running and retreating, as well?
Oh, BTW, the term cut and run comes from a nautical term wherein you cut the line in case your anchor gets stuck on the bottom so you can get away unencumbered.
I'd say it's looking like the Dems anchor is stuck on the bottom, but they won't come away unencumbered.
