Christ Debunked By The Left

Front page news at the Huffington Post. Christ is a Myth. They've done it! They've figured out exactly how to tell if a floating piece of ice existed 2007 years ago---and who stood on it!! This is on the same day that the HuffPo posted a story saying scientists had discovered part of a fish fossil that proves Humans evolved from fish. Mystery Solved!

Before I get into the reasons for the HuffPo posting this garbage, I'm going to go right to the comments from the HuffPo Goons, because I think it's important that you know how tolerant and diverse these charlatans really are when they think you aren't looking:

Jeeeeesssssssus...this one is really going to send the bible-thumpers around the bend (and hopefully off the cliff)...

As the person above stated, it simply never happened. It was made up to suit particular political interests.

All of the jesus freaks like monkey boy and robertson and falwell must be frothing at the gums at this outrage.

How dare they prove that jesus was a fraud.
How dare they prove that prayer doesn't heal the sick.

Jesus is no more a real person than Adam and Eve were.

...and the leper he healed turned out to be a kid with bad acne...fishes and loaves ? Filet o'fish for everyone...Lazarus was in an alchoholic coma...

Sounds as though old JC was on some good shit, did it say he also flew?

God Damn! Now I know why my feet were so fucking cold!

Jesus walked on the dead, bloodied bodies of women and children that were slain and strewn through the streets of Israel. As he walked, he enjoyed the sound and feel of the entrails squishing between his toes.

hehehehe how rediculous to even try to study how a mythical being does mythical things.

YOU MEAN that mythic god-man contrived by messianic jewish sects 2000 years ago?

You get the idea. There's 9 pages of this stuff, I stopped at 3. I have a lot more respect for people who say "I don't believe Christ performed miracles" than I do for people who say, "It's a fact, Christ didn't perform miracles."

I don't go to church. I am not fond of religion, but I do believe in God. And I will tell you this about most Christians: They would be the first to stop and help you if you were lying by the side of the road injured. They would be the first ones to open up their homes to you in time of need.

The democrats have built their base on lies: Tolerance. Diversity. Progressivism.

All bullshit buzzwords.

Keep the black man down on welfare, dependent on the state to survive (the DEMOCRAT state). If black people were to improve their lives drastically ala Bill Cosby's advice, they wouldn't have any use for the Dems. When they are impoverished and dependent, the dems get votes.

Which do you think the Dems prefer?

Tolerance and Diversity. Just a con job on The People perpetuated by the weak minded left, who lacking viable ideas, resort to trickery and deception.

I would also ask, what was the intent of the HuffPo to even post this story?

I'll tell you why: To attack Christianity. Attack Religion. Call their God a fairy tale. They wouldn't dare say the same things about Mohammed, that would be intolerant. This plays to their base, they know their goons love this kind of red meat and keeping them fed with red meat means votes for the Dems. It's a lot easier to believe in moral relativism if you don't believe in God.

People who hate God think that everybody who believes in God is some knuckle-dragging bible thumping fundamentalist evangelist. I don't know a single Christian who believes the Earth is 6,000 yrs old. Yet, that is one of the first arguments the God-Haters throw out in debate.

People who feel that way usually vote Democrat. This is a fact.
People who respect God usually vote Republican. This is also a fact.

Christ must die. The U.S. must lose. The economy must tank. That's all the Dems pray for.
It's the only chance they have.
It is truly sad for America that they WANT and NEED things to go badly for the U.S. just so they can regain power.

They think their views are mainsteam. Let them find out differently in November. Who is with me?

Lol, Mike. I don't believe that life didn't evolve. I just don't believe it started from nothing. I just think it has purpose and meaning.

The people who roll on the floor and speak in tongues make me laugh just as much as the people who bang their heads on the floor 3 times a day. Whatever turns them on. But I'm not going to slam them with obscenities or mock their beliefs.

God didn't plant T-Rex. God created T-Rex through the process of evolution which is likely not an accident. I have often wondered, what if every planet in the universe with conditions exactly like ours and a sun exactly like ours (same distance and all) are nothing more than Gaia seed pods. Planets that all follow the same process of cooling from molten material to creating the condition for planting the seeds of life and starting the process of planet growth. Planets that all eventually produce intelligent life, humanoids. Planets that are essentially living organisms. We started from dirt and water. Literally. We are PART of the planet, created by it.

All I am saying is that I think a 'force' which I will call God is responsible for creating a universe by intelligent design. Life structures, the diversity of life, the interdependent cycle of life..all these factors together is much too complicated to have occured and evolved by accident. There is purpose and structure.

You really should do your homework BEFORE you react all over the place. This story which you attribute to Huffpost is a cross post from The Washington Post - hardly a bastion of liberalisim!!!!! The story is based on a paper written by several within the scientific community. Everything you disagree with is not perpetrated by the left. Like the entire article says - some of the individuals who contributed to the study express their belief in Biblical stories. The story also goes on to say if your faith is threatened by this study - then you have little faith to begin with. If the study said he walked on concrete - that would have nothing whatsoever to do with anyone's faith - unless you choose to make it so. If that's the case --- then you have way too much time on your hands.

EA, settle down. I KNOW its not written by the HuffPo, I never said it was. There is a picture right there for you to look at and it says on it "WASHINGTON POST"
My point is that it was the center stage headline for the day from the HuffPo. They thought this story was worthy of posting with a full page pic and blaring headline. It was their centerpiece story of the day.

I dont care whether Jesus walked on water or not. You are obviously too dense to realize that the point of my post was to illustrate that the HuffPo has an agenda that consistently mocks religion and people's belief in God. They do so because they know their leftist readers will gobble up the red meat. One need only read their comments to see that what I say is true. THATS why the HuffPo carried this story, not because they thought it was newsworthy.

Take a moment to think before you post your kneejerk libtard novellas.

Oh, I forgot to comment on your ignorant remark:
"The Washington Post - hardly a bastion of liberalisim!!!!!"

Now we know you are completely out of touch with reality. Thats exactly what the WP is, a bastion of liberalism. To not know that speaks volumes.
