Apparently, Ms Ginsburg fell asleep on the job. As reported by the AP:The Supreme Court had put the Texas cases on the fast track, scheduling an unusually long two-hour afternoon session.
The subject matter was extremely technical, and near the end of the argument Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg dozed in her chair. Justices David Souter and Samuel Alito, who flank the 72-year-old, looked at her but did not give her a nudge.
She snoozed for about 15 mins. Hey, I've been there. But, just out of curiousity, and I mention this only because I dont see this story mentioned anywhere on the HuffPo, what do you suppose the reaction from The Left would be had this been a conservative justice? I think we all know how they would react and how the mainstream media would react.

Well, it was an AP story. Im not surprised at all though that you couldnt find the story on any serious news outlets besides FOX. Thats where you need to go if you want the whole scoop. Because of their #1 ratings, the lower rated news shows eventually follow their lead and give the story a minimal mention. You would have never known a bunch of ex-soldiers claimed Kerry was a fraud, if FOX hadnt brought it the attention it deserved.
BUT, think about term limits for Justices. In one term a president could wind up repacking almost the entire bench and I dont think any of us want that. At least, not me.
