Dean Calls For End To Divisiveness

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- Down with divisiveness was the message Wednesday delivered by Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean as he told a group of Florida business leaders that Republican policies of deceit and finger-pointing are tearing Americans apart.

He then called Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki an "anti-Semite" and said Rep. Senate candidate Katherine Harris was a 'crook' and compared her to Stalin.

Disproportionate Response?

"The European Union is greatly concerned about the disproportionate use of force by Israel in Lebanon in response to attacks by Hezbollah on Israel," said a statement issued by Finland, which holds the EU's rotating presidency. "The presidency deplores the loss of civilian lives and the destruction of civilian infrastructure. The imposition of an air and sea blockade on Lebanon cannot be justified."

You see, liberals believe that if somebody threatens to kill your family and then sucker-punches you in the face when you are looking the other way, you are allowed to hit back only ONCE.
Then you are supposed to stand there with your hands at your sides and wait for the next blow, to which your response must be equal or less.
It's a good thing we didn't think that way 60 years ago.

Dem Uses Addicts As Phoney Support Base

Josh Rales, a Democratic candidate for Maryland's U.S. Senate seat, paid a drug-treatment center in Baltimore to drive its recovering addicts to last week's debate in College Park, where they held signs supporting his campaign.
About 20 patients from the I Can't, We Can (ICWC) drug-treatment and counseling center in northwest Baltimore attended the debate, said Adrian Harpool, president of the 21st Century Group, a Baltimore public-relations firm hired by the Rales campaign to recruit volunteers.

Now, that is INTERESTING. I always wondered where all those people with signs came from.

HuffPo Readers Advocate Assassinating The President

NOBEL peace laureate Betty Williams displayed a flash of her feisty Irish spirit yesterday, lashing out at US President George W.Bush during a speech to hundreds of schoolchildren.

"I have a very hard time with this word 'non-violence', because I don't believe that I am non-violent," said Ms Williams, 64.

"Right now, I would love to kill George Bush." Her young audience at the Brisbane City Hall clapped and cheered.

This is what you can expect when you hand out the Nobel Peace Prize to people like Betty Williams and Yassar Arafat. It's especially disconcerting when peace prize winners address schoolchildren with dialogue like this.

To the moonbats over at the HuffPo this is just the red meat they have been lacking all week and they are famished:

A little more than half of America agrees with her. . .

Bush Addresses NAACP - HuffPo Plays Race Card

"I consider it a tragedy that the party of Abraham Lincoln let go of its historical ties with the African-American community," Bush said. "For too long, my party wrote off the African-American vote, and many African-Americans wrote off the Republican Party."
"It's a lot easier to change a law than to change a human heart. And I understand that many African-Americans distrust my political party." ( a bit different than the misleading headling from the HuffPo)
But many in the convention center stood and clapped when he urged the Senate to renew a landmark civil rights law passed in the 1960s to end racist voting practices, such as poll taxes and literacy tests, in Southern states.

The Senate passed the bill (unanimously) later Thursday and sent it to the White House.

No matter what the President does, he can't win with the moonbat left. They accused him of being racist in earlier years for not addressing the convention.

Now that he has addressed them, the wingbats are even more convinced that he is a racist. Whenever the president goes anywhere or does anything the libtards cry "PHOTO OP!"

Here's how the enlightened HuffPo readers reacted to Bush extending the olive branch to the NAACP:

Wow. Well into your second term and this is the golden nugget you came up with? Fuck you, Chimpy Mcflight suite. You go to hell and die!!!!

HuffPo Readers Chant "Death To The Jews"

The liberal left becomes more unhinged with each passing day. The libs swear that they are the party of tolerance and diversity, yet their actions tell a different story.
Israel pulls out of Gaza, West Bank, and Lebanon. It concedes to most of the demands made by the Palestinians, but still the Palestinians fire rockets into Israel daily. They enter Israel and kidnap two soldiers. Israel fights back, knocking out seaports, roads, and airports that Hezbollah uses to get weaponry from Syria and Iran.
Israel is fighting for its life. They are surrounded by opponents who openly declare that Israel does not have a right to exist and they want to annihilate them.

The Left doesn't like it when people fight back. You aren't supposed to do that.
By a 2-1 margin the readers at the Huffington Post are condemning Israel in the worst possible language. It's embarrassing (and very frightening) to know that this is the group that thinks they should be in the White House.

Some comments from the HuffPo readers today:

Hurry. And hurray. Not enough Isrealis are dying. You have to aim better. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Best laugh I've had all day. By: BilderbergersKilledUs on July 17, 2006 at 11:22pm

Door #1 or Door #2?

If you asked all liberals to look in their hearts and be honest, there are really only two choices:

1. We win in Iraq and accomplish our goals, bring the troops home victorious and Bush gets credit for being right.

2. We get our asses kicked, things go terribly, and Bush is proven wrong.

Which do you think the liberals are hoping for?

Moonbat Conspiracy Theory #12,000

HuffPo Moonbats Think Ken Lay Is Alive

Would you expect any less from the tards who think 9-11 was planned by the Bush Administration?

Check out these moronic comments from the morons:

How about any and all of the multitute of tv detective shows in which some notorious thug or insurance defrauder claims a body of a homeless person, has it cremated as himself and disappears with freedom and $$$$$$. That cremation is might suspicous.
By: dawlishgal on July 16, 2006 at 10:00am

Wake up righties - you are wrong about Ken Lay, just like you are wrong about George Bush and the rest of your dream-like world of bombing for peace, the rapture, and all that craptrap. By: balleryna2 on July 16, 2006 at 09:59am

At first I thought that Barbara Olsen story was too far fetched. But when I told my husband, who travels in Europe on business, that she reportedly had lire in her possession rather than Euros, he said that they can still be exchanged for Euros at banks and currency exchange stations at airports and train staions. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?
By: TLV on July 16, 2006 at 09:31am
(Ed Note: Moonbats think the passengers on the 9-11 airliners are living it up on some desert isle)

I had the same thought - that Ken Lay is lounging by the sea at the same far end of the earth as Barbara Olsen.
By: olivia on July 15, 2006 at 11:57pm

By: smootybooty on July 16, 2006 at 05:09am

He's alive. It's too coincidental. Powell was treated in the same hospital for alitude sickness. Like he's never had THAT before! That's too easy of an excuse, too easy to fake. He was probably briefing the doctors on Lay's Exit Strategy. Cremation was too easy. He died on vacation they said. VACATION! How could he relax with four months to go until he serves a life sentence? Would you really want to see Colorado of all place with four months of freedom left?
By: BilderbergersKilledUs on July 16, 2006 at 05:46am

Just wait six months and see where his wife gets off to. If she discreetly drops off the edge of the earth, perhaps confined to a posh old folks home somewhere in Switzerland, you can bet they've reunited somewhere they can't be touched.
By: stfranklin on July 16, 2006 at 08:18am

If the Dept. of Justice can make, literally, THOUSANDS of witnesses disappear to a new life, then certainly, Bush's cronies in government can make ONE CEO disappear to a new life. The fact he was privately cremated instead of having the usual open-casket funeral only makes this certain.
By: Val on July 16, 2006 at 06:42am

I have no direct evidence to confirm or refute it. But if there was anyone with the money, capability, and motivation to pull it off, Ken would have been the guy.

What Happened To Global Cooling?

From a June 24, 1974 Time Magazine article titled:
ANOTHER ICE AGE?

"As they review the bizarre and unpredictable weather pattern of the past several years, a growing number of scientists are beginning to suspect that many seemingly contradictory meteorological fluctuations are actually part of a global climatic upheaval. However widely the weather varies from place to place and time to time, when meteorologists take an average of temperatures around the globe they find that the atmosphere has been growing gradually cooler for the past three decades. The trend shows no indication of reversing. Climatological Cassandras are becoming increasingly apprehensive, for the weather aberrations they are studying may be the harbinger of another ice age."

"Telltale signs are everywhere —from the unexpected persistence and thickness of pack ice in the waters around Iceland to the southward migration of a warmth-loving creature like the armadillo from the Midwest."

"Man, too, may be somewhat responsible for the cooling trend. The University of Wisconsin's Reid A. Bryson and other climatologists suggest that dust and other particles released into the atmosphere as a result of farming and fuel burning may be blocking more and more sunlight from reaching and heating the surface of the earth."

Did you catch that? Humans were responsible for Global Cooling too.

Book Deal and Speaking Tour on Horizon

Said Wilson: "We are under no illusions about how tough this fight will be. But we believe the time has come to hold those who use their official positions to exact personal revenge accountable and responsible for their actions."

Then that should apply equally to you, Joey. You used your wife's official position to exact revenge on the Bush Administration by traveling to Niger and then coming back with a bogus report that every intelligence agency said was just that. You used nepotism to get the job and then lied by stating in your book and in interviews that Cheney was the one who sent you on the mission.
A big fat lie from a big fat liar.

You were working for the Kerry campaign as an advisor and your sole intent was to discredit the president and the war on terror.

If thats not using your official position to exact revenge, I don't know what is.

Plame-Wilson (I put her name first because it's obvious who wears the pants in that mansion) are merely trying to keep their names in the headlines because they have a pending book deal and very profitable speaking tour in the works. Talk about using your official position - to enrich your bank account AND exact revenge at the same time.

To All The Democrats Who Said It Wouldn't Work : KISS OFF

"This was phenomenal," said U.S. Army Col. Charles Driessnack, the project manager for the Missile Defense Agency's THAAD program. "It performed as expected."

The test demonstrated the THAAD's ability to "completely destroy that warhead so that no chemical or nuclear residue would contaminate areas" below the explosion, Driessnack said.

It's a good thing we have Republicans in office who saved this system from the scrap heap. The Democrats openly mocked the plan and said it would never work. Clinton actually killed the program.
Democrats haven't changed much since then.

Take a look back in time:
On March 23, 1983, President Ronald Reagan presented his plan to fund the Strategic Defense Initiative, a missile shield he hoped would render "nuclear weapons impotent and obsolete."

Ted Kennedy was first in line to mock the idea, chiding that the program was promoted by "misleading Red-scare tactics and reckless Star Wars schemes."

And it should come as no surprise that the New York Times consistently mocked the plan:
According to Accuracy in Media, "During one six-month period commencing in December 1991, the [New York] Times ran 17 anti-SDI articles, op-ed pieces and editorials denouncing SDI as, among other things, a 'bizarre, costly concoction ... science fiction ... lunacy ... sheer fantasy. ... ' The Times gave front-page space to Teddy Kennedy's Senate speech deriding SDI as 'Star Wars,' likening the idea to a science fiction movie or a video arcade game, and providing SDI foes their slogan-of-choice."

And Clinton tried his best to kill it too!
ON MAY 13, Secretary of Defense Les Aspin made a surprise appearance at the Pentagon briefing room. His purpose? To announce the Clinton Administration's decision to gut the Strategic Defense Initiative. The decision, Aspin derisively declared, marks "the end of the Star Wars era." After nearly a decade of research--and a $38-billion national investment--America's chance to build a space-based shield against nuclear attack in the foreseeable future is now dead.

At his press conference, Aspin had stated that SDI was no longer needed because the nuclear threat to the United States "has receded to the vanishing point."

Former President Reagan challenged this rationale directly:
"If the new Administration thinks we are no longer at risk, they need to open their eyes and take a good hard look at the world."

I ask you, have the Democrats ever been on the right side of defending the U.S.?
Remember it in November!

Was FDR Like Hitler?

Franklin D. Roosevelt, our 32nd president was certainly nothing like Hitler. He is held in the highest regard by liberals and Democrats, hailed by them as the greatest president ever.

Remember Harry Reid, Pelosi, and other jokester Democrats posing in front of FDR's statue recently, proclaiming him the holiest of holy?

Yet, President Bush, as evidenced by my previous post, is regarded as a Nazi by the Left. They claim he has rolled back civil rights and taken steps he has no right to take. As proof they offer
up the NSA programs such as the monitoring of phone calls to known terrorists, the detention of known terrorists, and the tracking of monies being sent to known terrorists.

But truth be known, if George Bush had done the exact same things as FDR, the Left would consider him far worse than Hitler. Because he is George Bush.
Imagine President Bush declaring that from this day forward, you would need a special booklet that would keep track of the number of 'points' you have left, which were used to buy items like sugar, fruit, bread, gasoline, coffee, and tires.

You need a new tire? First you would need to visit the Rationing Board. They would check your file to make sure you hadn't already used more tires than you were allowed. Then they
would give you a form that you had to take to two garages and they would need to verify that your current tire couldn't be fixed. You would then take that form back to the Rationing Board and they would give you a coupon authorizing you to buy a tire. All you had to do then was find a place that still had tires.

Moonbats would scream over this; "I have a right to buy a tire if I need one, you people are just like the Nazis. Germany never even attacked our shores, this war is illegal!!!"

Imagine President Bush asking all good citizens to report to the Neighborhood Fingerprint Station with their families. How do you suppose the Moonbats would react to this?
Do you think the New York Times or the liberal media would give any credence to the poster pictured below? No, they would laugh their asses off. How delusional and paranoid our government is to think that the enemy is watching and listening to us! It's just an excuse to line the pockets of the war merchants and FDR's buddies, right?

Do you think the government in WWII was monitoring phone calls of suspected subversives? You bet your sweet ass they were!

How about if George Bush issued an executive order that mandated the rounding up of 120,000 American Muslims to be sent to Detention Camps for the remainder of the war? Would that make Bush worse than Hitler or just his equal?

If FDR were alive today and doing the same things he did in WWII, the Libtards would be just fine with it.
Because he is a DEMOCRAT.
Did I mention the HUGE tax increases under FDR?

Yet, we all know that FDR was a great man who was only doing what he thought was necessary to protect and ensure the survival of our constitutional republic.

So, the next time you hear a looneytunes moonbat declaring that Bush is JUST LIKE HITLER, think back to a time when things were much different, a time when Americans were willing to take whatever steps needed to crush the Nazis.
The Nazis, who had never attacked our shores, bombed our cities, or threatened to annihilate us.
Was that an illegal war?
Should FDR have been impeached?
Or was FDR a war criminal for funding the development of nuclear weapons?
OF COURSE NOT.

Think about what we have become as a nation. A nation where half of us are whiny little soft-bellied crybabies who are so sore over having lost 2 elections in a row, that we are willing to slander and defame the very leaders who are only doing what FDR would have done.
Only Bush has reacted to a much lesser extreme. The Left abhors Bush and worships FDR for these very actions.

Remember it in November!!!

Hitler Day (as usual) at The Huffington Post

Liberals don’t understand history, particularly Nazi history. You see, the Nazis rounded people up, sent them to concentration camps where they were tortured, starved, forced into slavery, and then gassed or shot. These were not the actions of a few 'bad apples'.
This was their policy.

Children were separated from their mothers and then shot by the Nazis unless forced into slavery, where they were the subjects of cruel medical experiments before dying horrible deaths. The Nazis use of torture was so abhorrent and disgusting, it does not even begin to compare to the sleep deprivation and barking dogs that we subjected terrorists to. How many times do you think the Nazis thought to themselves, “we need to give these poor jews in our DEATH CAMPS some Torahs so they can practice their religious beliefs?"

Nazis invaded their neighbors strictly for conquest, not because they were the subjects of unprovoked attacks by them. Nazis looted and destroyed their conquered territories, murdering those who even looked Jewish or supported Jews. Jews were not allowed to own property.

Nazis used 12 yr old children to fight the Americans on the front lines. Hitler killed ANYBODY who dared to disagree with him, whether or not they were friends, foes, or even his own family.

The Nazis were the sickest scumbags to ever walk the face of the Earth.

Liberals like to believe that America is now Nazi Germany. It only took 5 years to turn us into Nazis. Their hatred for their president is so great, that they actually root for the enemy to win and they never pass up an opportunity to label our president, our country, or our troops as Nazis.

Below are some comments I copied from discussion threads of the Huffington Post today. These references to Hitler and Nazis were taken from only TWO HuffPo threads. There are literally dozens of ‘stories’ on the front page of the HuffPo and in every single one of them you will find the libtards comparing us to Nazis.

It just goes to show that they have no understanding of history whatsoever, which doesn’t surprise me since most schools in America are run by unionized tenured moonbats who would rather teach that America is the source of all evil.

Remember, these are comments from only TWO stories at the HuffPo. The Left really believes that their views are mainstream and they will be taking back the House and Senate this fall.

Do you? ReadOn:

What? Congress"complained" about the little fucking Nazi war president's actions? Oh, now I feel so much better.

the occupation is the problem, along with our freedoms, secret prisons, and tactics used by the Nazi's.

Must be the WASP blood in the Chimp, Adolph Hitler loved big signs and bunting also. I bet the Chimp likes weiners and kraut better than French toast and French fries perhaps better than bananas. By: BEAU on July 11, 2006 at 10:57am

You'll do just fine in the New Amerika as long as you shut the fuck up and do what you're told.
By: charrington on July 11, 2006 at 12:31pm

Oh I get it. The publisher of Mann Coulter's bullshit deems that the Nazi cunt didn't plagiarize so we are to believe their findings. How convenient so as to deflect any legal action taken against the publisher and of course that horse faced bitch.

It's tough to expect much from the Useful Fascists. They can't tell the difference between Saudi's and Mexicans, much less Iraqi's.

From Goebbels' New Year address to Germany
We will defend ourselves accordingly. All is clear between us and our enemies. Goebbels 31 December 1939
And they have much more similarity.Indeed, very good work at White House and Congress!!!!!!

I bet Ralph Reed is as proud of being a Republican as Hitler was of being a Nazi.
By: SeattlePatriot on July 11, 2006 at 06:18pm

Ralph Reed claiming he has "stronger values" is on par with Hitler claiming to be a Champion of Diversity and Tolerance.
By: thedetroitviper on July 11, 2006 at 06:35pm

The Prince of the Aryan Nation, Ralph Reed--how I would love to see him in prison. Pat Robertson's little cocksucker deserves anything miserable that happens to him.
By: VeritasVeritas on July 11, 2006 at 06:43pm

Ralph Reed = "Stronger Values’
This is straight out of the Joseph Goebels propaganist book.

Register to vote if you have not already. While these are true moonbats, they make up an estimated 20% of the democrat base and that is something to be very very concerned about in November.

Soccer is soooooo Boring

Well, I watched the World Cup Final.
Yawn.

Here's a better idea.
Give each team 1 point.
Play for 10 minutes.
Go to penalty kicks.

I see these commercials on tv where players are doing all these fancy 'bend it like beckham' moves but I don't see any of that on the field. When somebody finally does get lined up for a shot, it's a wild kick that sails 20 ft over the goal. Yeah, REAL exciting.

These are the worlds best goalies and they can only stop 1 out of 10 penalty shots? They might as well have me in there.

I'll take good ol' fashioned smash n' bash American football, thank you.

France vs. Italy

I couldn't care less about the World Cup, but since the Final is France vs Italy, it reminded me of the Simpsons episode that featured Hank Scorpio, criminal mastermind hellbent on world domination.

Scorpio is about to demonstrate his new doomsday laser by wiping a country off the map.

Hank Scorpio, "Homer, what's your least favorite country: Italy or France?"
Homer, "France"
Hank Scorpio, "Hehe, nobody ever says Italy."

It's OK Joe, You Get A Pass For Being Democrat

"I've had a great relationship with Indians. You cannot enter a 7-11 or a Dunkin Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent"

video

If the guy had been Black, Biden would have said, "Whattup, my brother? Aaaaiight? I really like that 50 Cent guy, I listen to that CD when I'm rollin' in the Benzo. "
Then he would have given him the hip-hop handshake, you know the one, where you clasp hands and lean into each others shoulders....

"We have a lot of Black people here. I have a great relationship with Black people. You cant be goin' into no 7-11 or a Dunkin Donuts unless you are gonna be keeping it real, bitches."

Biden is the stereotypical parody of a politician. He exudes a slick phonieness. If he wasn't a senator he would be hawking you term life insurance or he would be the guy at the used car lot asking you, "What do I have to do to get you into this car today?"

Praise Korea, Bash The U.S.

The words "Independence Day" are nowhere to be found on the front HuffPo page. However North Korea's missile launch merits top billing.

The HuffPo left one small fact out of their story: they failed to mention that the Korean missile failed 35 secs into launch. Meanwhile, the successful launch of the space shuttle gets a sidenote.
Here are some comments from the HuffPo moonbats pertaining to the Korean launch.

Happy 4th of July, capitalist pigs! By: ControlledBurn on July 04, 2006 at 04:17pm

And within minutes of the shuttle, no less! Kim Jong-il has got to be laughing his insane fat ass off! By: belldaere on July 04, 2006 at 04:21pm

I hope our naive leaders can handle this with some tact. Very scary. By: iraflowers on July 04, 2006 at 04:24pm

Happy 4th. Duck and cover. By: liberalmike on July 04, 2006 at 04:25pm

And regarding the Space Shuttle Launch:

Aside from the fact that the "delay" of launch was a pathetic PR move to get them to go up on the 4th, every member of congress as well as We the People should hang our heads in SHAME that our tax dollars are being WASTED on shuttle launches when we have children of our own country who are starving and living in shelters, if they are lucky. By: ianmcc on July 04, 2006 at 03:04pm

But, nooooooo, chimpy mcflightsuit has to have his 4th of July spectacular (ordinary fireworks arent good enough for our dictator) and fuck the average American citizen, as he has been doing ever since he stole the election in 2000. By: rosie on July 04, 2006 at 03:36pm

More fireworks to divert attention away from reality. By: kane on July 04, 2006 at 03:03pm

A PR stunt for the 4th of July. I'm surpirsed Bush wasn't there to "suit" up with his codpiece and be one of the boys! By: nuffera on July 04, 2006 at 03:58pm

Re science, NASA, and the Repukes: It is the height of irony that an administration that makes war on science would take advantage of some of engineering's (applied science's) best TV moments on the Fourth. By: ReasonIsMyReligion on July 04, 2006 at 04:03pm

How many terminal cases of cancer could have been cured with the money used for this launch?
How many diseases could have been cured with the money used for this program?
That's the true cost. By: ArchAngel on July 04, 2006 at 06:18pm

I wonder what the NASA is up to this time? Their mission terrifies me. By: EZ on July 04, 2006 at 07:07pm

Happy 230th!!

The leaders of your country come to your office and implore you not to print a story that reveals the ins and outs of an ongoing operation being utilized in the war on terror. It is clear that the program has been a success and it is also clear that the program is entirely legal.
Even Super-Hawk-War-Hero Jack Murtha implores you not to print the story.

But you print it anyway. WHY?
Some people would go so far as to say, "this is no big deal, Bush said years ago that one of the ways we would fight terror is by following the money trail".
True, but he didn't spell out in detail how we would go about doing that. In fact, many very high level bankers were completely unaware of the SWIFT program.

Clearly, the Bali Bomber wasn't aware of it, because that's how we captured him.

The real questions to ask:
What did the public gain by having this story published? NOTHING. Except to know that their government was using every possible resource at their disposal to fight the war on terror and they were doing it in a legal manner.

What did the terrorists gain from the publishing of this story? Certainly more than 'nothing'.

We are soooooooooo lucky that the New York Times didn't know we had cracked the Germans Enigma Code back in WWII.....they wouldn't have been able to resist the urge.

By the way, scroll down this page to the story of the NYT's retaliation against the WH.....

New York Times Retaliates - Endangers VP and Sec. Of Defense

In the "Escapes" section of the June 30 edition, the N.Y. Times printed huge color photos of the vacation residences of Cheney and Rumsfeld, "identifying the small Maryland town where they live, showing their front driveways and, in Rumsfeld's case, actually pointing out the hidden security camera in case any hostile intruders should get careless," Horowitz writes.

Times Travel section writer Peter Kilborn even makes sure enemies of the two men will know such details as where Mrs. Rumsfeld shops in the eastern shore town of St. Michaels, Md. where the two administration officials have weekend retreats.

He even lets the curious know what street the Cheneys and Rumsfelds have to use to get to their own road.

Beware of travel feature stories posing as invitations to terror.
